Amana HDC12A2 Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Commercial Microwave with Push Button controls. Picked up a few of these a few weeks ago. The pictures are from the one that you'll get.

I don't have 208V so I can not test. The other ones I got at the same time of standard 120 and they work fine. Took one home and it is running fine.
